I’m not receiving your emails, or I never
got my $10 certificate for joining?

Many times Internet Service Providers mistakenly send incoming emails to Spam/Bulk/Junk
email folders. Please check to see if your email/coupon is located in your Spam/Junk
folder. If you do not see your email/certificate in your Spam/Junk email folder it is
possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up. Please click here and we will be happy to research for you.

I can’t get the certificates to print correctly.

Our email is sent with images, and possibly your internet service provider is blocking
those images. Please “enable images” through the settings within your email program.

Do I need a
Rewards card for each participating brand?

No, you will earn points for every dollar spent in a Bass, IZOD, or Van Heusen store regardless of which brand is featured on your Rewards card.

Can I earn Rewards using an Exclusive News Club card?
|
|
Yes, Exclusive News Club cards function exactly the same as the Rewards cards. You will earn points for every dollar spent in a Bass, IZOD, or Van Heusen store when you present your Exclusive News Club card. You do not need to replace this card with a Rewards card.

My $10 welcome certificate expired before I could
use it, can you send me another one?

Unfortunately we are unable to send out a new certificate. Certificates are sent with a 90
day expiration date.

Do I have to present my Rewards
card when redeeming certificates?
|
|
Yes. You must present your Rewards card when redeeming your certificates.
Store associates will be unable to accept your certificate, if you do not present the
matching Rewards card.

Do I have to print out coupons?
|
|
No, most coupons do not need to be printed. PVH has gone GREEN. In order to receive
the discount, all you need to do is provide your Rewards card and “ASK”
for the discount. Although all Rewards certificates must
be printed, and presented with matching Rewards card.

There was no coupon offer with the email
I just received.

The email that you received is simply a notification of the sales and promotions
going on in our stores. This is a special notification for our
Rewards members
only. Not all emails will include a coupon.

I received a coupon from BASS (IZOD/Van
Heusen), can I use this coupon in your other divisions?
|
|
While some of our coupons are valid for redemption at any of our stores, some offers
are brand specific. Please carefully review the promotion offer and stores it is
being offered in.

I missed the recent sale, can I still use
the coupon?
|
|
Unfortunately our register system does not allow for coupons to be accepted after
their expiration date. Please watch for some great future offers.

How do I earn Rewards?
|
|
Rewards work by earning 10 points for every dollar spent in a Bass, IZOD, or Van Heusen store (example: spend $50, earn 500 points). There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. For more details, click here

How can I verify my point balance?
|
|
You may check your points on-line by logging in to your Rewards account. Allow up to one week for recent transactions to post. To log in click here

What if I made a purchase without presenting my Rewards card?
|
|
If you were shopping without your Rewards cards or you believe points have not been credited accurately to your Rewards account, please contact our customer service department at 1(800)-388-9122 (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST). Claims must be filed within 90 days from transaction date.

| Redeeming Rewards |

When will I receive my Rewards certificate?
|
|
Certificates are automatically emailed to members every time a member’s points meet or exceed the 1,000-point threshold. After earning enough points to merit a certificate, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your certificate.

How long is my reward certificate valid?
|
|
Certificates are valid for 60 days from the date issued.
|

Where can I redeem my certificate?
|
|
Certificates may be redeemed to make a purchase at any Bass, IZOD or Van Heusen store. To find a store near you, click here

Can I redeem more than one reward certificate at a time?
|
|
Members may use an unlimited number of certificates to make a purchase at any Bass, IZOD or Van Heusen store, but the value of the purchase must equal or exceed the total value of the combined certificates, as no cash will be given as change.

Can I replace a lost or stolen reward certificate?
|
|
Unfortunately, because a reward certificate is like cash, we are unable to send out a new certificate.
